All orders are shipped within 3–5 business days after purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Returns

We accept returns only if the product arrives damaged upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at kauai.crochet@gmail.com with a photo of the damage and we will make it right.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason, as each piece is handmade to order with love. Thank you for understanding! 🌺
